Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within approximately 7–10 business days.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday (excluding Japanese public holidays). You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed in protective rigid envelopes or boxes. PSA-graded cards are shipped in their protective cases (slabs).

Shipping Methods

Economy International Shipping
- Delivery time: 5–19 business days after shipment
- Tracking included

FedEx International Economy
- Delivery time: 1–5 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
- Recommended for urgent orders

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (approx. 7 business days) + Shipping Time (listed above)

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Super10 Collectors ships from Japan.
For shipments to the US, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping; we cover and prepay all customs duties, so you do not need to worry about additional charges.
For countries other than the US, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at https://www.instagram.com/super10_collectors/. We will check the status with the shipping carrier.
